Free Mobile Pass Provides Savings at Local Favorites
SAINT PAUL, Minn - Visit Saint Paul, the official tourism organization for Saint Paul, Minnesota, is launching the Local Lover VIP Pass, a new program that provides special offers and discounts to encourage visitors and locals to get out and explore local favorites in Saint Paul.
"Saint Paul is already beloved," says Visit Saint Paul President & CEO, Terry Mattson. "Visit Saint Paul's Local Lover VIP Pass makes it even more accessible and enjoyable for residents and visitors on mobile devices," he added.
All visitors and locals can sign up for the passport for free. With over 20 local businesses included within the passport and more on the way, it showcases the best of the city in an easy, mobile-friendly way.
Through technology partner, Bandwango, Visit Saint Paul partner businesses are able to get their offerings loaded into the Local Lover Pass. Visitors and locals can go to the mobile passport landing page to sign up by providing their name, e-mail address, and cell phone number. A link is then sent to their mobile phone, which opens the passport and allows them to add the passport icon to their home screen to access it any time. There isn’t anything to download and no apps that take up space on a user’s phone.
To redeem the pass, users simply hand their phone over at the local business to access the savings.
Restaurants, breweries, shops and attractions wishing to be a part of the pass can contact Visit Saint Paul about being included: cfey@visitsaintpaul.com | 701-220-7788
