Book your next meeting or event through Visit Saint Paul and be eligible for up to $7,500 to enhance your meeting!
Welcome your attendees to a city that combines urban amenities with historic charm. We're on the banks of the iconic Mississippi River, Minnesota's Capital City, a short 8-mile drive from the Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport, and offer stunning venues, full-service hotels and a fully sustainable convention center.
For event more incentive to bring your event in 2025 & 2026, meetings that book a hotel in the Saint Paul area taxing district are eligible to receive the following cash reward:

To qualify, contracts must be signed between January 1 and June 30, 2025 for specified years. A copy of the signed hotel agreement must be supplied to Visit Saint Paul at the time of booking. This promotion will be paid out within 30 days of the conclusion of the event. Visit Saint Paul will obtain pick up reports from the hotel to determine actual room nights utilized. Funds will be paid directly to contracting organization based on actualized room nights for new business only. Program is limited to one qualifying contract per organization. A meeting or group should consist of 10 or more people. Visit Saint Paul has the right to review and approve all contracts per above guidelines. Not valid with other Visit Saint Paul incentive offers.
