Celebrated Minnesota chef Landon Schoenefeld returns from California to show us what he’s been up to in Napa Valley. This five-course beer dinner showcases Landon’s interpretation of California cuisine—bright crudos, cold seafood dishes, handmade pastas, in-season produce, unctuous meats, a little smoke, and a lot of olive oil—each paired with a unique Surly beer.

Tickets are $125, limited seats available. This event will take place on the second floor of Surly Brewing Co, located in Scheid Hall.
