Overview

Founded in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in 1986, Summit Brewing Company has remained close to its roots, refreshing thirsty folks throughout the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes regions. Currently available in five states, Summit produces six year-round premium craft beers, four seasonal brews, and numerous other limited-release and Ratskeller exclusive beers. Tours are currently $10 per person and are available Saturdays at 2 p.m. Reservations are required for tours and can be scheduled on the Summit Brewing Co. website
