Overview
Founded in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in 1986, Summit Brewing Company has remained close to its roots, refreshing thirsty folks throughout the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes regions. Currently available in five states, Summit produces six year-round premium craft beers, four seasonal brews, and numerous other limited-release and Ratskeller exclusive beers. Since our inception, we've been a consistent pioneer in the craft beer movement. Visit www.summitbrewing.com to get an inside look at how we create these fine brews. The Summit Ratskeller is open to the public on Thursday to Saturday 3-8 p.m. for pints, flights and food trucks. In the warmer months, enjoy Summit's large patio and backyard (bring a picnic!).
