Overview

Our mission is to make each and every piece of food that we serve traceable back to the very farm it was grown or raised on in Minnesota, and to serve it up with the warmest hospitality.


We are a hard-working and dedicated crew of professional chefs that have decades of hospitality experience in and around the Twin Cities that have come together to serve up some of the best locally procured and hand-crafted food available from our mobile kitchen trailer.


Our family-owned and operated mobile kitchen trailer and catering business operates out of our home base of Saint Paul. We are able to cater to a wide variety of tastes by making as much as we can from scratch ourselves and teaming up with other local small businesses, farms, and farmers for all of our offerings in an effort to support our local food community.


We offer cooking skills classes and workshops to local community groups and non-profits. We are committed to make cooking with local, sustainable products that are good for everyone, accessible to everyone. We pledge our time and resources to teach healthy food procurement and cooking skills within in our community.


All of our goods are served up on 100% compostable dishes and we power most of our non-cooking electricity with solar with a goal to increase this every year.
