3 Piggy Pals On-A-Stick

Location: Sausage Sister & Me in the Food Building

Three smoked sausage slices on-a-stick filled with a cream cheese mix, wrapped in savory bacon and topped with barbeque sauce drizzle and slice of jalapeno.

Ba’bacon Sour Cream + Onion

Location: Baba's by the East side of Underwood Street between Lee & Randall Avenues

Pita puffs dusted with sour cream +onion powder served with sour cream + onion hummus topped beef, bacon, sumac tater tots, caramelized onions, scallions, French onion creme fraiche, black cumin seeds and chive oil.

Blazing Greek Bites

Location: Dino's Gyros

A blend of chickpeas, tomatoes, roasted red pepper, scallions and cayenne pepper that is deep fried and served with roasted red pepper hummus.

Buffalo Cheese Curd & Chicken Taco

Location: Richie's Cheese Curd Tacos outside of the Sheep & Poultry Barn

Fried buffalo sauce-flavored cheese curds and chicken served in a fried flour shell and topped with bleu cheese slaw and buffalo sauce drizzle.

Crab Boil Wings

Location: Soul Bowl in the Food Building

Chicken wings marinated in hot sauce, grilled and then fried with corn, chicken apple sausage and potatoes that is tossed in "crab boil" butter and garnished with a lemon wedge and parsley.

Deep Fried Halloumi Cheese

Location: Holy Land Deli in the International Bazaar

Halloumi cheese, sourced from a blend of sheep and goat milk, wrapped in deep-fried pastry dough and served with sweet chili sauce.

Deep-Fried Ranch Dressing

Location: LuLu's Public House at the West End Market

Ranch dressing filling made from ranch dressing, buttermilk and cream cheese in a panko shell, dusted with ranch powder and served with a side of Cry Baby Craig's hot honey sauce.

Dill Pickle Tots

Location: Tot Boss on the East side of Underwood Street between Wright and Dan Patch Avenues

Tater tots tossed in dill seasoning

Grilled Purple Sticky Rice

Location: Union Hmong Kitchen in the International Bazaar

Purple sticky rice grilled over an open flame, topped with shredded Hmong beef jerky or pickled mushrooms and garnished with fresh herbs and Union Hmong Kitchen's Krunchy Chili Aioli.

Ham and Pickle Roll Up on a Potato Skin

Location: Route 66 Roadhouse Chicken in the Food Building

Three fried potato skins filled with a combo of sour cream, cream cheese, chopped pickles, ham, and garnished with potato chip crumbles.

Marco’s Garden

Location: Jammy Sammies by BRIM across from the North End Event Center

Rhubarb jam, thyme-marinated tomatoes, cheese, jalapeno and honey served with a side of gluten-free flatbread.

Nixtamal & Wild Rice Bowl with Wóžapi & Bison Meatballs or Sweet Potato Dumplings

Location: Midtown Global Market's Indigenous Food Lab in the International Bazaar

A choice of bison meatballs or sweet potato dumplings topped with mixed berry wóžapi sauce on a bed of nixtamal (white, blue and yellow corn) with wild rice seasoned in maple and spice.
Garnish it with a sprinkle of cricket and seed mix topping.

Turkey Kristo

Location: Minnesota Farmers Union Coffee Shop on the north side of Dan Patch Avenue between Cooper and Cosgrove Streets

Texas toast from Pan-O-Gold Bakery, sliced Ferndale Market turkey, CannonBelles white cheddar cheese, apple butter sourced from Westcott Orchard apples, spicy brown mustard mayo and dusted with [powdered sugar.

Sweet Heat Bacon Crunch

Location: RC's BBQ on the north side of West Dan Patch Avenue

Double-smoked slab bacon in RC's red barbeque sauce and garnished with hot honey, chili crunch, and green onions over a bed of white rice.

Savory Éclairs

Location: Scenic 61 by New Scenic Cafe on the east side of Underwood Street between Lee and Randall Avenues

Bánh Mì Éclair: Choux pastry éclair shell filled with pork confit, chicken liver pâté, pickled carrot and daikon, cucumber, siracha mayo and garnished with micro cilantro.

Lobster Éclair: Choux pastry éclair shell filled with filled with lobster meat, celery, mayo, Cholula hot sauce, lime, chives, salt and pepper, and topped with dried corn and micro cilantro.

Raging Ball

Location: The Herbivorous Butcher in the Food Building

Deep-fried sesame mochi with a vegan cheeseburger filling—made of vegan burger, vegan cheddar cheese, grilled onions and pickles—topped with bacon-flavored powdered sugar.

Swedish ​‘Sota Sliders

Location: Hamline Church Dining Hall on the north side of Dan Patch Avenue

A cranberry-wild rice meatball formed into patties on brioche buns, layered with dill Havarti cheese and a red relish—beets, red onions, red peppers, lingonberries, and cranberries.

Shroomy ​“Calamari”

Location: French Meadow Bakery & Cafe on the north side of Carnes Avenue in between Nelson and Underwood Streets

Hand-breaded and deep-fried oyster mushrooms served with chipotle dipping sauce.

Walking Shepard’s Pie

Location: O'Gara's at the Fair on the southwest corner of Dan Patch Avenue and Cosgrove Street

Two hot pastries stuffed with braised ground beef, mashed potatoes, onions, carrots and peas in an herb gravy.

Wrangler Waffle Burger

Location: Nordic Waffles in the West End Market

A beef patty and Whataburger Patty Melt Sauce with American cheese in a caramelized onion-infused Nordic Waffle.

Afro Poppers

Location: Afro Deli in the Food Building

Bite-sized deep-fried pastries infused with an African blend of spices (ground vanilla, cardamom, ginger, cloves and nutmeg) and coated with your choice of coconut flakes or sugar and drizzled with a choice of mango chutney, caramel or chocolate.

Chile Mango Whip

Location: Tasti Whip on the northwest corner of Dan Patch Avenue & Underwood Street

Mango Dole Soft served topped with chamoy and Tajín and garnished with a tamarind candy straw.

Cookie Butter Crunch Mini Donuts

Location: Mini Donuts & Cheese Curds on the East side of Underwood Street in between Murphy & Lee Avenues

A bucket of vanilla-flavored mini donuts coated in vanilla sugar, a Biscoff cookie butter drizzle and cookie crumbles.

Cotton Candy Iced Tea

Location: Loon Lake Iced Tea on the West side of Underwood Street between Wright & Dan Patch Avenues

Butterfly pea flower sweetened with natural flavor and cane sugar, and garnished with edible glitter and a rock candy stick to stir for a color-changing effect.

Fried Bee-Nana Pie

Location: Sabino's Pizza Pies in the Lee & Rose Warner Coliseum

A deep-fried handheld pie filled with Minnesota honey, banana and Biscoff cookie butter.

Patata Frita Focacciawich

Location: West End Creamery at the West End Market

"Patata Frita" kettle chip-flavored ice cream in between two slices of focaccia bread sourced from Wrecktangle Pizza and topped with honey butter, kettle chip bits and herbs.

Lady’s Slipper Marble Sundae

Location: Bridgeman's Ice Cream on the corner of Judson Avenue and Liggett Street

Strawberry ice cream, lemon marshmallow cream and ladyfinger cookies layered in a cup and topped with whipped cream and a cherry.

PB Bacon Cakes

Location: The Blue Barn at the West End Market

Thick-cut bacon dipped in pancake batter, griddled and topped with peanut butter whipped cream, grape jelly and banana chips.

Mocha Madness Shave Ice

Location: Minnesnoii Shave Ice on the West side of Nelson Street between Dan Patch and Carnes Avenues

Fluffy shaved ice with caffeine-free coffee flavoring and a caramel macchiato cold foam center that is drizzled with chocolate syrup and topped with dark chocolate espresso beans.

Strawberries and Cream Waffle Stick

Location: Waffle Chix on Judson Avenue in between Liggett and Clough Streets

Belgian waffle on-a-stick filled with strawberry shortcake cookie tough and topped with whipped cream and strawberry sauce.

Strawberry Lemonade Donut

Location: Fluffy's Hand Cut Donuts between West Dan Patch and Carnes Avenues and Ligget and Chambers Streets

hand-cut yeast-raised donut filled with lemon buttercream, rolled in strawberry lemonade crunch and garnished with a lemon gummy candy, freeze-dried strawberry slice and strawberry lemonade-filled pipette to squeeze on the donut for an additional boost of flavor.

Swedish Ice Cream Sundae

Location: Salem Lutheran Church Dining Hall on the north side of Randall Avenue

Vanilla ice cream in lingonberry jam and sprinkled with Swedish ginger cookie crumble and a ginger cookie heart.

Sweet Corn Cola Float

Location: Blue Moon Dine-In Theater on the northeast corner of Carnes Avenue and Chambers Street

Sweet corn cola and ice cream in a cup and topped with whipped cream, popping candy and frozen caramel/

Chan’s Eatery

Location: on the east side of Underwood Street between Murphy and Lee Avenues

Chan's Eatery serves:

  • Korean corndogs (a hot dog and mozzarella cheese battered and deep fried with panko and finished with a dusting of cinnamon sugar. Option to add a coating of fried potatoes or to substitute toppings for hot Cheetos® with spicy mayo)
  • Mochi donuts in eight varieties (original glaze, churro, cookies ‘n cream, Fruity Pebbles™, chocolate, strawberry, matcha and taro)
  • Fruit and milk boba teas with optional tapioca and jelly toppings

El Burrito Mercado

Location: International Bazaar

El Burrito Mercado serves:

  • Quesabirria Taquitos (deep-fried, rolled tacos filled with beef marinated in red sauce & cheese, topped with salsa verde and crumbled cheese)
  • Esquites (corn kernels cooked with herbs, topped with sour cream, crumbled cheese, chile powder and lime, served in a cup)
  • Agua de Sandia Loca (watermelon drink with chamoy and bits of seasoned dried mango)

Kosharina Egyptian Cuisine

Location: south of the Grandstand Building under the Grandstand Ramp

Kosharina Egyptian Cuisine serves:

  • Koshari (rice, pasta, chickpeas, lentils, tomato sauce, garlicky vinegar "dakkah" sauce, topped with fried onions) in three varieties—chicken, beef and vegetable
  • Caffeine-free iced hibiscus tea

Loon Lake Iced Tea

Location: the west side of Underwood Street between Wright & Dan Patch Avenues

Loon Lake Iced Tea serves Official New Food Cotton Candy Iced Tea, plus a variety of brewed, naturally flavored, cane sugar-sweetened iced teas, including blood orange, blueberry, peach, strawberry and unsweetened.

Midtown Global Market’s Indigenolus Food Lab

Location: Taste of Midtown Global Market booth in the International Bazaar

Midtown Global Market's Indigenous Food Lab serves Official New Food Nixtamal & Wild Rice Bowl with Wóžapi & Bison Meatballs or Sweet Potato Dumplings, with the option to add cricket & seed mix.

Paella Depot

Location: the south side of Judson Avenue between Clough and Nelson Streets

  • Paella Depot serves Chicken & Chorizo Paella (traditional Spanish caramelized rice dish with leeks, red bell peppers, zucchini and snap peas, with option to add fried egg or seafood).
  • Aguas frescas in six flavors made from fruit puree, whole fruit, lime juice, agave and water.
